Return Policy: Your Guide to a Hassle-Free Shopping Experience

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Sale items, discounted products, items bought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Kindly review the size carefully for sale products.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

In case you receive a damaged product, intimate us within 24 hours of delivery for return or exchange. Please note that ‘damage’ doesn’t include issues related to the style/design of the purchased product. If you encounter a damaged or incorrect product, send it back to us with your order number. Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll send you a fresh piece. Please note, we don’t accept exchanges or returns for altered garments.

CANCELLATION:

You can cancel orders before shipment dispatch. Once dispatched, the courier company will attempt delivery. If the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse, we can initiate an exchange or store credit, which usually takes up to 15 working days. Please be aware that the refund/store credit will deduct the INR 100 shipping charge paid by the customer during order placement. If you request re-shipment of the same order, an additional INR 100 shipment cost will apply.

REVERSE PICKUP:

If you choose a reverse pickup, the cost of pickup and delivery is INR 200, which will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, you can courier the product back to us at your own expense. In such cases, there will still be a charge of INR 100 for re-shipping the exchanged item.
